The Black Eyed Peas or the BEP music

The Black Eyed Peas started bringing music into our ears way back 1995 with band members: Will.i.am, Fergie, Taboo, and Apl.de.Ap. However, they hit it big in the industry 8 years after with their album, “Elephunk”, featuring songs like “Where Is The Love?” and “Shut Up”. Over the years we have heard them doing better and better in their craft and knowing how techie geek this band (supporting 360 photography technology) can get gives us more reason to love them so the more.

As the Black Eyed Peas work on their next CD, “The Beginning”, will.i.am specifically launched a video application that has augmented reality system from Metaio featuring 360 photography technology motion controls. We have shared and posted different augmented reality apps with you before and this is no different, only better since it’s from BEP. J

This app allows any viewer to rotate or point their devices such as iPhone, iPod Touch, or iPads to navigate different views of the video, specifically as of today the music video, “The Time (Dirty Bit)”, having you as the center point. With the 360 Photography technology and augmented reality together, you can absolutely enjoy everything that is happening in the video. Also, zoom in and out controls are available with this app too, for intimate fun and music from the BEP.

Other things that this video app has aside from 360 photography technology and augmented reality are the following:

1.       BEP Earth. Take a picture of you or any BEP member and share it on BEP earth along with the rest of the BEP fans out there.

2.       Tweet much? Avatars of fans can be seen dancing to the BEP music and once hovered, you can see latest tweet bubbles above them. Also, a BEP Twitter feed is displayed to check out upcoming shows and events.

3.        Games. Puzzles are available for all BEP fans.

Officially called the BEP360, this video 360 photography technology app is now out and costs €2.19 on iTunes.
