Probably 3Sixty is the most updated and informed when it comes to 360 degree ipad apps, and we definitely are. Every day we are in hunt for what’s hot and what’s not in this app category. Today however, we will be sharing with tips in making award-winning panoramic photos using 3Sixty’s top most favorite 360 ipad app: 360 Panorama and from Occipital. Before we get into photography techniques, users should know that this 360 ipad app is only available to electronic devices with iOS 4.0 or later. 360 Panorama 4.4.1
This 360-degree iPad app is created and developed by the innovative company Occipital. The 360 Panorama app captures 360-degree panoramic images using your Apple devices. They have their old version 3.0 first then later updated the app’s system for a more continuous shooting, improved interface, and more. To perfect a full 360-degree, your position as the center is a major factor to put in consideration. The most frequent problem that 360 photographers have is the accuracy and straightness of their shots most especially without a tripod. But once you start the 360 Panorama, you will be seeing a curved grid to help you take straight images. You pan around your environment guided by the grid as the app take automatic shots for you. Currently the 360 Panorama is the world’s easiest app to use but we still request you to pan around smoothly or else you will highly likely have weird images. Also even with the grid present, we highly recommend you to have a monopod since this will keep the lens in the same place. On the other hand, perfect your lighting tones by choosing the right environment like the outdoors on broad daylight. Remember that you are not using a professional camera intended for this type of photography and the 360 panorama provides you just the basic options as well; so you might want to not take this too seriously and have the most fun with it.
