3sixtyfactory was born out of the need to edit 360 product photography. We are the world leader in editing 360 product photography and in the video bellow we show you one of the techniques we use to deliver high quality 360 product animations to our clients worldwide.

 

 

1. Open all the images to work on.

2. Make an action by going to action window and press the create new action button beside the delete icon on the lower part of the window. Name it levels.
3. Now we are recording our action, press Ctrl + L, Llevels window will come out. Press the sample in image set to white point button on the lower left part of the window
4. Click in the background of the image where the white background tends to go grayish. Click OK.
5. Go back to action window and press the square button to stop recording
6. Go to history window and click the state “Open” to make sure you get back to the state where you haven’t done anything.
7. Go back to Action window and click the action we have created named "Levels"
8. Go to "File menu –> Automate –> Batch". Set "Source" to "Opened Files" and "Destination" to "None". Press OK.

9. Go to Action window and select the "Shadow checker" action.

10. Repeat Step 8.
11. Use brush, set color to white, brush to hard round edge, 100% opacity.

12. Brush on to black portions around the image on to all images.
13. Go to Action window and select the Delete shadow checker action.

14. Repeat Step 8.
15. Save all your work.
