Try different hairstyles with InStyle Hairstyle Try-on iPad App before even cutting your hair!

Although we have the best of service in salons and barbershops, there will always be something better. This is actually proven when Virgina Myers, a Manhattan based software saleswoman went in Salon AKS one day. The challenge aroused when Myers met with her favourite stylist Mikka Rummo, bringing with her cut outs of magazines with pictures of hairstyle that she wanted to have for herself. Her driver’s license picture serves more than identification as she shows it to Ms. Rummo every time. This has been the situation since.

Just recently, this hasn’t been the case at Salon AKS on Fifth Ave. When Myers went to meet with Ms. Rummo for her monthly trim bringing with her magazine cut outs, Ms. Rummo shrugged and instead gave Myers an iPad. In less than a minute, the two has decided on what to do.

Salon AKS started this iPad app instead of tear-sheets of magazines recently this January and they are very happy with what they settled for. InStyle HairStyle Try-on iPad app is their new media tool to have them more engaged with their clients. Alain Pinon, co-owners of AKS Salon said so, "They definitely enhance the experience of the client. ents are sometimes afraid to express themselves with words, even if they have that folded-up picture. With the iPad, they feel much more comfortable and empowered to discuss different looks." Not only did their salon looked 10 times more contemporary and chic, they are now able to give customers what they really want for themselves.

InStyle provided this app wonderful 360-degree InStyle HairStyle Try-on ipad app where customers can try different celebrity hairstyles. Users need to upload a picture of themselves and the app automatically scan their faces to get their face shape, stype, then the app shows thousands of hairstyles perfect for them.
