For professional photographers, photography is more than just a means of living. It is a passion; the itch inside to capture everything as creative as possible, as different as possible, as new as possible. Recently last week, Fujifilm America provided another vintage-looking camera that promises to perform the way photographers would want it to: simple yet different. Â
Fujifilm’s X10 is an upgraded version of their X100 camera. It has 2/3-inch 12 megapixel EXR CMOS sensor and a (4x) telephoto zoom. Old fashioned in design, Fujifilm’s X10 has a black design made of die-cast magnesium alloy with a 20 degree field of view. It has manually operated upper control deck and mode dials as well as a zoom lens ring for power switches. This latest point-and-shoot camera from Fujifilm has a powerful EXR CMOS sensor great for difficult photography situations. It can capture beautiful images in different shooting modes automatically. Performance wise, the X10 can capture up to 7 frames to 10 frames per second depending on resolution. Maximum megapixel resolution is 12 from 0. Its shutter-release is exceptional with a lag-time of 0.01 seconds. In addition, photographers can experience their latest Optical Image Stabilization OIS System to help reduce motion blurs powered by a 49-point matrix contrast auto focus system. Â
