Have you seen those shops that do not allow cameras inside their premises? Bummer right? It sucks when you can't tell your friends what your favorite shop really looks like. Great thing Google goes indoors now. Earlier announced last week, Google extends their StreetView feature indoors now showing the world the insides of different shops displayed in their map. Of course we sure do know that there is a good reason behind why business owners refuse to allow customers to use their cameras inside their stores. It's intrusive. Now this isn't Google's first time to face privacy issues on their maps. So before you guys start your judgements, learn what Google has to say about this, "The new scheme is on a completely voluntary basis." This means that business owners should opt in if they want their store indoors to be featured online in 360 degrees.

The most evident advantage of this 360 degree interactive scheme for business owners is reaching a larger market effortlessly by exposing your store
According to Google, "Building on the Google Art Project, which took Street View technology inside 17 acclaimed museums, this project is another creative implementation of Street View technology, to help businesses as they build their online presence. We hope to enable businesses to highlight the qualities that make their locations stand out through professional, high-quality imagery." Reference: http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/technology-15493333
